Easel TV is shortlisted for an IABM Award!

We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for StagePlayer+ in the Publish category in the IABM BaM® Awards 2021

The IABM Awards 2021 celebrate and recognise outstanding technological innovations that deliver real business and creative benefits.  The BaMs are the only truly independent technology awards in the industry, and are widely recognised as the gold standard for rewarding Broadcast and Media innovation.

Easel TV, a leading SaaS provider of OTT streaming video services, is delighted to announce that they have been formally shortlisted for the Publish award for their work for StagePlayer+, a new streaming service for the performing arts.

StagePlayer + is a streaming platform for theatres, concert venues, producers, rights holders, festival organisers, agencies and performers staging live or recorded online events.  Providing a virtual venue for streamed events, StagePlayer+ is a fully managed service that includes pay-per-view (PPV) ticketing, payment and customer care. Available to users through a wide range of large screen Connected TV devices and platforms with content secured toHollywood digital rights standards, it uniquely brings audiences of all content partners together, generating significantly greater collective audiences, a focal point easily discoverable by viewers and a new digital revenue stream for the performing arts industry.

Joe Foster, CEO of Easel TV, comments, “We are incredibly proud to have been recognised by IABM in this way.  We partnered with Player+ to build a shared streaming service, a common hub, that any theatre, concert or festival organiser could use; the result is StagePlayer+.  We look forward to the IABM Awards Ceremony on the 9th December.”
